Hanging the Screen

The pictures below show the 23" version of this 19" LCD. Apart from size the appearance and fitting is the same.

The screen weights just 3.5kg - light enough for anyone to lift and hang on their own. The screen is fitted from behind the display The screen simply hooks securely into place with no need for any tools or other fixings.
 
Just plug in the power cable and the VGA cable supplied and you are ready to connect a computer. It takes just 60 secs to fit the screen flush to the printed display  
 
Options for Using your 19" LCD Screen

Please take a few minutes to review which option is best for your requirements.

Option 1: Connect Your Own Laptop or PC Tower
A common way to use your 19" lcd screen is to connect your own computer.
    Pros
  • This generally involves no extra cost
  • The connection is via a VGA cable already supplied
    with the 19" screen
  • It only takes a few minutes to connect
  • Whatever you can do on your computer you can now
    do on the FlexeStand
    Cons
  • You need an existing laptop or PC tower
  • Some computer know-how is required to set it up
  • Where security is an issue you may need to take away
    the computer when the display is unmanned
  • A laptop or PC tower will not fit inside a FlexeStand tower
    (1G Bundles 5 and 6)
  
Option 2: Upgrade to a 19" Media Player
For £200 you can swop the 19" LCD for a 19" Media Player. This is a high resolution screen that will play video and slide shows without a computer. Just insert a USB memory stick or SD memory card into the screen and turn it on (a bit like digital photoframes, only bigger and better) - More Info.

Option 5: Use without the screen - order a peel on/off graphic patch
This peelable graphic patch can seemlessly cover up the aperture for the screen, allowing the display to be used without the LCD in position. Other peelable patches can be ordered as general removable graphics - More Info.

  • Simply peels on and off
  • Can be used multiple times
  • Allows display to be used in a simpler set-up without the screen
  • Allows display to look good should there be a technical issue that prevents the screen being used
    Cons
  • Peelable adhesive on back of patch must be kept free from fluff and dust to maintain its tackiness (a protective pocket is included) (replacement adhesive tape can be supplied if necessary)
